Entrepreneur, marketing leader, and Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP), I've spent the last 16 years driving growth across Europe and Asia. My career has been built on a mix of high-level Marketing Strategy and hands-on execution, managing diverse international teams with a heavy focus on brand building and demand generation.

I founded myfairtool in 2015 in Hong Kong to offer a solution for companies exhibiting at trade shows to better manage their event and improve their outcome. For the same reasons, I published The Trade Show Chronicles in 2017.

Since then, I have held CMO roles leading all marketing and BDR teams, including strategic partnerships, on an international scale. To drive consistency and results across these global teams, I created the RIO Integrated Marketing Campaign Framework. This is a framework to structure my campaigns that has now become a reputable public resource for marketing leaders. In 2023, I published Customer Experience Unearthed with a foreword by Shep Hyken. I also host two podcasts: Marketing Blueprint, featuring CMOs talking about their own career paths, and CX Therapy, sharing customer experiences and how to improve them.
